The project is to construct and operate a vehicle depot-cum-office building comprising 8 stories (with a Mezzanine floor) and approximately 60.5m high. The building is proposed to be built a approximately 7,000 m2 in Chai Wan as shown in Figure 1. It will be operated by the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF), the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD), the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD), Government Logistics Department (GLD)  and the Government Laboratory (GL).
